Does anyone know some natural remedies for hayfever? - natural hayfever remedies

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my hay fever during the night. I wake up at night and start sneezing and my nose, then I wake up and can not go to sleep, it makes me crazy. I am pregnant at the time when you use any medication for this, but I was wondering if anyone had some advice if I use any good remedies to help T-oils to stand overnight.
Hope you can help.

Mint, if you have a stuffy nose or breathe eucalypstus essential oils can work wonders. Goldenseal is also good for hay fever, but I would be a botanist before you discuss during pregnancy. Homeopathic medicines are very safe (again request a botanist and preg.) Some stores sell herbal allergy exclusive blend. If you are anywhere near Salt Lake City is a brand of herbal formula, "Dr. Christopher's. (I think you can do online) they have are 100% reliable, and his son, Dr. Christopher David (now the company manager and teaches ) at the University of herbs are more than happy to help you when you call the store, even if you live in the country. I do not know the number by heart, but try dexonline.'s in Springville, Utah, and his so-called health Dr. Christopher's herbal 'or something like that. If you call and ask who might be able to give names, then you can buy at your health food store too.

Red onions contain quercetin - a natural antihistamine - and pineapple contains bromelain which helps the body absorb the quercetin. So eating both of these might help.
Some research recently indicated that probiotic yoghurt could help hayfever, but I'm not sure of this is good during pregnancy. HayMax is a drug-free nose balm which is definitely ok during pregnancy and although it's english, you can get it online at their website - just google haymax. Nasaleze is a drug-free powder that you puff up your nose. Both of these are backed by research and have loads of great testimonials on their web-sites.
