How do I shine my Parade Shoes? - kiwi parade gloss miami

Well, I hang my shoes from my team Air Cadet Parade last few weeks and I can not Polish! HELP!

I was told, dip a cloth or a sock and rub it into my "brilliant Kiwi Black Parade" and rub in small circles in my shoes. If that's boring and I do not shine!

Do I need more polish (I did for about 15 minutes), or just a new technique? Thanks
