Sno Seal of the leather soles

Boat covers, if you base your skates a lot
Chamois cloth napkins or small, the leaves are dry
Terry cloth bags to store your skates

Screwdriver to adjust the blades, if they loosen
IPod or CD's to play with his music to skate (through the stereo system of the track - my record is in the penalty area into 4 pieces of music on the program playback)

Hello extra tights or knee
Knit gloves and a formerby TRA

Blade Guards
Blade Covers (Soakers)
Gloves
Fishnet
Absorbent cloth to wipe the blades clean after each use to prevent rust.
Leggings
etc.
You might ask about their track what other accessories for their skaters to.
I prefer to skate closed book because I think the ice is much softer, but it's just a personal preference.
Have fun skating!

So it depends on your budget. I would say:
Guards (seriously) walk
Guardian (easy storage)
Tights
Rock / pants / dress
Overshoes
Gloves
Heaters
Hat
PS Most of the trains will not let you use your iPod or cell phone in ice
Fun
